NACS 2020 - Managing the Communication Mess

I had the opportunity to speak virtually to a great audience today at the North American Collaboration Summit.

Given the difficult environment we live and work in today, communication has become a critical skill, the importance of which has long been overlooked.

Studies show that the average employee spends upwards of 37% of their day communicating. Email has long been the standard method across organizations, but with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, Planner and To-Do offering their own communication methods, organizations have to be succinct in how they communicate, setting methods and expectations for users to be successful.

During the session, we discussed strategies to conquer inboxes overrun with duplicated content and orphaned information, inbox tips and tricks that transforms your way of thinking and how your use of Microsoft 365 is so critical to long term success.

The link will be posted to the session as soon as it becomes available. Please reach out for the session slides.
